I went from a billeting clerk to NCOIC of Billeting. My first child was born at the base hospital. I visited St. Johns in 1966 and again in 2001. Had a wonderful time there. I am very fond of Newfoundland and Newfoundlanders. I have a number of photos of the base and the area if anyone is interested. Lawrence H. Sanderson TSgt USAF (Retired)

He rotated back to the US sometime around/after April 1955. Would appreciate it if anyone who knew of him could contact me at the above E mail address. That is all the info I have, as I don't know or home state or the unit he served with.
